Simple, Transparent Membership Pricing

Monthly Wellness Membership Fee: $199 per month, billed automatically on the same day each month.
Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $189 is due upon enrollment.
Minimum Term: Six (6) months required. After the initial term, membership converts to a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing.
Annual Prepayment Option: Members may pay in full for twelve (12) months and receive a 5% discount on the total fee.
Family Membership Option: Two members of the same household may join together and receive a $25/month savings on the combined total monthly fee.
Provider visits and tests will be billed through a patient’s insurance when it applicable. Deductibles are still the patient’s responsibility.
